Our Commitment

Kat Motlagh's Health Clinics is committed to making this website accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone should be able to find clinic information, review services, and contact us with ease, and we work to remove barriers that make that harder.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), describe how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities. This is an ongoing goal, and we continue to review and improve the site over time.

Measures We Take

Accessibility considerations we have built into this website include:

  • Semantic HTML structure with clear headings, landmarks, and a “Skip to main content” link.
  • Full keyboard operability, including the navigation menu, with a visible keyboard focus indicator.
  • Color contrast that meets WCAG AA thresholds for text and interactive elements.
  • Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images and accessible names for links and controls.
  • Support for the “reduced motion” system setting to limit animation.
  • Responsive layouts that support zoom and adapt to mobile, tablet, and desktop screens.

How We Assess Accessibility

We evaluate this website using a combination of automated testing tools and manual review across our main page types. Accessibility is checked as part of our ongoing site maintenance, and we address issues as they are identified.

Known Limitations

Some content provided by third parties — such as embedded maps and social media feeds — is controlled by those external providers, and we may have limited ability to change how it behaves. If you encounter a barrier with any such content, please contact us and we will help you access the information you need by another method.

Feedback and Requesting Accommodations

If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or if you need information from this site in a different format, we want to help. Please contact us by phone at 661-947-6400 or through our contact page, and let us know the page or task involved and the format that works best for you. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or assistance you need and to respond promptly.

This statement applies to the public website only. Requests for accommodations related to in-person clinic visits or patient care can also be made by contacting the clinic directly.
