Even when I argue with her, she listens and we discuss the problem. Her staff are the best I've ever known always helpful and respectful, whether on the phone or in person. I followed her from another doctor's practice, like so many others and was so happy she got her own practice and brought Carole and Elizabeth with her."

The nurses and receptionist are equally professional and knowledgeable. My wife and I are in our eighties and have a lot of complex medical issues.Whenever we have an insurance or pharmacy problem, I just pick up the phone and talk to Elizabeth and it's INSTANTLY resolved (usually while I'm still on the phone).
